Independent Living and Assisted Living are different. Independent Living generally emphasizes housing, convenience, maintenance, dining or community options, and social connection. Assisted Living adds personalized support for daily tasks according to assessed needs.
Rainbow Row can be described as a neighborhood-style cottage option rather than a promise of a particular floor plan or feature. Families should tour the actual space and ask about accessibility, utilities, maintenance, meals, transportation, emergency response, and community fees.
A resident may begin in Independent Living and later explore additional support, but the pathway, availability, and fees must be confirmed with Jenni-Lynn. Not every care need is automatically transferable between settings.
